Philosophy

Spruce Mountain Realty Buyer Broker will provide expertise and integrity to buyers interested in purchasing real estate in Maine.

Spruce Mountain Realty Buyer Broker is exclusively a buyer agency. We do not represent sellers. Since we do not have our own listings to sell, we fairly evaluate all current listings to determine which fits the client’s best needs There is no potential of conflict of interest within the agency because we only represent buyers.

Spruce Mountain Realty Buyer Broker believes that it’s very beneficial for  businesses and individuals to commit time, energy, and money to their communities. Communities with broad voluntary involvement in diverse projects are typically great places to live and work. That is the real basis of sustainable communities and positive long term real estate investment.

Spruce Mountain Realty Buyer Broker donates 5% of its gross real estate commissions to the local land trust or conservation organization in the community in which the real estate is sold.

Real estate experience

Since 1988, Marcel Polak has been successfully closing scores of real estate sales in Maine. The sales have included land, homes, and condominiums.
